Perfect Push up

    Does anyone own a pair? Does it work or does wat it says it does? If i get good tips on this i might get one of my own

    pushups on knuckles > * pushups



    you get to go deeper and you train the muscles that control your shoulder blades better, if you do them right.

    truth but you're born with knuckles... blast straps aren't as readily available.

    I used the perfect push up at the health and fitness business expo this last month and they were farely decent. I work at a home fitness store and we were debating on bringing them in, but decided against it

    I have a friend who bought them. I gave him a :rolleyes: but he claims they work really nice. I don't know if the 40 dollars is justified though.

    Anyone who thinks they should spend $40 on push up machinery is both lazy and stupid.

    guys at my gym use 5lb plates to get extra rom (i'm assuming that's the selling point of the perfect pushup)

    not my thing.. it hurts my shoulders just watching others do it.

    imo wothless crap. use the floor...its both free and readily available..

    made my own "perfect pushup" about 5 years ago, i guess i should have gotten a pattent lol.

    padded handles on base w swivel for $40 lol, i think matterials for my heavy ass metal version was a couple bucks worth of shit i had in my garage
