I've been running into this alot lately since people at work have been finding out i've been lifting and are trying to have something to talk about. They're telling me how ripped and pumped they are now that they're 'back on it.' Then when I ask them what their routine looks like they tell me they work out at home. They do 500 pushups / night and some curls. I'm pretty new to this still, and I know some of yalls methods would make me go , but do they seriously not realize that its not something you approach with minimal effort?
