Take it out now so it causes less scar tissue.

Yeh take it out. Scar tissue fucking kills like a mother fucker if you want to re-pierce.

The first time I had mine pierced I used teflon barbells. I ended up taking them out. Then I repierced them with hoops. I liked the barbells so I went back to them, but mine started to migrate as well. I ended up taking them out permanently. I don't think I'll be going for a third time haha. My wrist migrated as well. Surface piercings don't like my body.

Two months after getting both of mine done I had to remove the left one because it was migrating. Six months later I got it redone. The piercer that did it the second time was  I didn't feel the needle go through the scar tissue, that's how good he was.

It migrated a little bit after it was done but not too far. If you look at the pics you can see the left one is a bit lower and not 100% centered in the nipple but its good enough. I had the left redone last February and since then I have stretched both nipples to 10g.

Pics to show what I'm talking about.

I wish they were both perfectly centered but since I already dealt with migration the first time I'll stick with it. It stopped moving once it hit the scar tissue from the first piercing attempt.
