Lately I've been having Breyer's No Sugar Double Churned Extra Creamy Ice Cream when I have calories left. I'm dieting on ~2300 cals with an average of 250g protein everday. On workout days I up my carbs to ~200g and lower the fats and on non-workout days I have ~150g carbs. As long as I get my protein for the day, I've been having 0.5-1.5 cups of ice cream a day for the hell of it. It's a good break from my diet and I'm still maintaining my macro breakdown. What do you guys have to keep yourself sane while dieting?
