What is your training schedule to gain muscle mass? Every other day etc? Im curious to see how your progress is going with the training schedule many are using. Im 6'3" and only 170 so i have alot more work to do. I have gained considerable size since i started lifting 1 year ago,but still underweight

dont you feel your overtraining? doesnt seem like enough recovery for your muscles. Even though your working different body parts, still working out some of the same muscles such as biceps.

    day 2: back/bi
    day 3: off
    day 4: shoulders
    day 5: legs
    day 6: off

If you sleep 8+ hours a night and eat a lot of food and protein, you'll be suprised at what your body can handle.

This is my current routine, I dont have a rest day in the middle of the week because of school and my schedual. For those who are wondering if I am overtraining, I am not. Ive had consistant weight and strength gains and my pictures prove it.

    Monday: Back
    Tuesday: Quad Emphasis
    Wednesday: Chest
    Thursday: Shoulders
    Friday: Oly/Hamstings
    Sat: Arms
    Sun: Off

Once school is out and I have more time on my hands it will look something like this:

    day 1: back
    day 2: quad emphasis
    day 3: off
    day 4: chest
    day 5: shoulders/arms
    day 6: oly/hamstrings
    day 7: off
