I felt bad for the kid at the end, I knew he was going to breakdown cause he looked pretty nervous when he first arrived at the shooting range. His mom was pretty hot.

That was pretty well done. I loved the football analogy and comparison at the end. The fat anti-fps dude was pretty scary at the end there. lol

poor kid. I didn't expect him to break down like that though it was clear he was uncomfortable with the gun :hs:

I don't think they picked the right kid for this show. I mean, he looked fucking autistic / aspergorific.

Perfect, I've been using a similar football analogy for years.

I thought Penn and Teller went too far with that.
I mean, during the show the scene with him shooting the gun, the point they were trying to make was crystal clear. That kid was nervous as hell, he was trying to put on a brave face, he shot off one round and you could see that something snapped in him. It was bloody obvious that the kid wanted nothing more to do with this.
That was fine. I have no issue with that.

But at the end of the show, Penn was patting himself on the back for that bit with the kid and he is like, 'So we decided not to show this..', then he shows the kid bawling his eyes out in his Mom's arms.

That kid is 9 years old. He is gonna have friends that are gonna see that. Kids that age (or even in a year or two) can be assholes.

I mean, I got zero issues with adults getting suckered into that show and being shown as assholes. Any constant viewer of that show will recognize that those adults are getting what they deserve.

But a 9 year old kid....
    No. He didn't need that.

    That was bullshit.

I think the kid was perfectly normal for a 9 year old.

Can you imagine the pressure on a 9 year old? I don't think they lied to the kid. I think they told him they were interviewing him for TV and they were going to ask him to shoot a gun. I think that is tremendous pressure for a kid.

I totally agree. Although some parts were slightly idealistic, the football analogy was awesome and done well. We should date.
