Should I do pecs+biceps then triceps and back/lats, or pecs+triceps but back/lats and biceps?

When doing precs I feel Im working the triceps aswell, but dont know if it is a good thing, maybe I should do pecs+biceps the same day? Because when doing back/lats I feel the biceps working aswel...

    dunno

    Depends..

Some peopel will do chest + tri's..this will hit the chest hard, still nail the triceps and then you go and finish them off -- though some people won't be happy with this because they wont be able to use really heavy weight on their tricep moves, since they've already been fatigued from the chest movements.. so they'll couple biceps with the chest insteda, in order to hit it hard..

same goes for the back/bi or back/tri routines.

I puked after working my pecs and tri's yesterday. :wtc: I think it was from the Primal N20 I bought from Prima Force.

I was doing it chest/tri back/bi for couple of months now, but wanted to try the other way around this week...

Previous workout I did back/tri and today I did chest/bi's... Somehow I felt like I couldnt hit the chest hard enough like I did before because I felt the triceps working more than before, they where'nt sort of regenerated... but doing biceps felt really ok, like it was when I did back/bis...

So I think Im gonna switch back to chest-tris...

Bro, bench on M/W/F and curls on T/T/S, that's all you need.

Is it that a good idea to do bi's+tri's ? They are opposed muscles... also you have to little for the back...

    I do:

Day1: Chest+Tri's + any of abs or calves
    Day2: Legs (all) + shoulders(Traps+Delts)
Day3: Back+Bi's + any of calves or abs as I feel like it

    repeat.

    I used to chest/tri and back/bi.

However, now I just do arm day. I get a lot more growth and intensity out of my arm workouts that way. I tried to switch back the other day, but after slamming the fuck out of my back for nearly an hour I hardly had enough energy to spend another 30min on bi's.

That's how I was at first. I felt like an idiot going to the gym purely to work arms. I got used to it though, and instead of just sitting with the db's and slamming out set and after set I do alot of variety with my arms and try to keep things new or different everytime. I can usually get in 45min-1hours worth between bis/tris and I have noticed growth in my arms.

I think I was just so beat after a hard back and chest day that I was half-assing it with arms afterwards. Chest isn't so bad, but I have to do a lot to get my back targeted well and usually have nothing left.
