I got a NLarge2 shake, crackers and cheese (200 calories!), carrot cake, rice and a turkey bite (like a hot rod except turkey)....and whatever else I can cram into my stomach
I love bulking
Nlarge2 is hard to keep down man.

I am eating/drinking protein shake + 5 hb eggs (whites) + black olives with bread
Yeah....I get VERY blouted when I drink it, expecially when I add a cup and a half of whole milk to it.
yeah i used to put 2 scoops with 20oz of milk and almost puked at the gym. i felt like my stomach was going to explode when i got home and almost passed out
i just had pop tarts with cool whip
mine was: apple with peanut butter... banana.. 2 pieces of toast... can of tuna... 2 chicken breasts with whole wheat pasta and black beans... milk and water.
edit: forgot about 1/2 a take 5 bar...they were 20 cents at the grocery store so I couldn't resist
What makes you say that? I could drink that stuff allll day...mmmm
2 scoops with 20oz of milk??? damn. Goin by the directions 12-16oz of milk your supposed to use 3-4 scoops. I always use 8oz of milk with 2 scoops of nlarge.
One of my local grocery outlets had them 5 for a dollar as well, bought 46 of them and still had some change out of a ten.
