Is it that bad to eat a serving(3tbsp) of peanut butter and wheat bread sammich?
Does it fit in your calories for the day? If so, go for it
bad for what?
Just don't eat it right before you workout or right after you workout

Im trying to clean up my diet.
So far all Ive had was:
-Ceaser Chicken salad(with about 4 grilled skinless chicken tenders, big)w/ dressing and croutons
-2 Whey w/ water
-1 can of tuna
-4oz boneless chicken breast
-2 cups of brocolli
or should I just get some cottage chesse with fruit?
did you shit yourself or something...cuz if not I dont see why it would matter.
Just for optimization's sake? Fat does stunt insulin response, not really ideal right after you workout.
That's true, it's not ideal after a workout, but unless you're a pro bodybuilder, it's not ideal to worry that much.
Oh ok, you're talking about peanut butter per se. I thought you were talking about eating at all pre/post WO.
Don't be a stickler over peanut butter if you are putting crutons in your salad.

Not super high rep just 4 sets x 10 reps. SEriously it was the crappiest routine ever I think Ill post it later, reason I say this is because Ive never seen anything like it. Im not cutting.....just cleaning up my diet.
