    Im trying to clean up my diet.:hs:

    So far all Ive had was:
    -Ceaser Chicken salad(with about 4 grilled skinless chicken tenders, big)w/ dressing and croutons
    -2 Whey w/ water
    -1 can of tuna
    -4oz boneless chicken breast
    -2 cups of brocolli

    or should I just get some cottage chesse with fruit?:hsd:

    Just for optimization's sake? Fat does stunt insulin response, not really ideal right after you workout.

    That's true, it's not ideal after a workout, but unless you're a pro bodybuilder, it's not ideal to worry that much.

    Oh ok, you're talking about peanut butter per se. I thought you were talking about eating at all pre/post WO.

    Not super high rep just 4 sets x 10 reps.:hsugh: SEriously it was the crappiest routine ever I think Ill post it later, reason I say this is because Ive never seen anything like it. Im not cutting.....just cleaning up my diet.
