Peal's Garlic & Peri Peri Chicken Nuggets

    heres a recipe I just made


    Peal's Garlic & Peri Peri Chicken Nuggets
    • 1) Grab your chicken breast (or thigh if you're into that shit)
    • 2) Slice chicken breast into 2inch x 2inch
    • 3) Fill a bowl with peri peri chilli sauce, a table spoon of diced garlic, salt and pepper to flavour
    • 4) Fill another bowl with plain flour and salt
    • 5) Place chicken in the bowl of sauce and mix around until the chicken is coated in sauce.
    • 6) Pre-heat a frying pan on medium high with a decent amount of olive oil covering the pan
    • 7) Move the chicken from the sauce bowl into the bowl of flour and mix around until the chicken is floured.
    • 8) Once the chicken is totally covered in flour, place each piece into the frying pan (the pan should be hot enough that it sizzles when the chicken is placed in)
    • 9) cook each side until golden and crispy
    • 10) Eat and be fucking happy with the mouth orgasm you will have experienced.

    WTF? No nasty tasteless vegetable oil. Ew. Olive oil is MUCH better.

    Would be interesting to try it if you deep fry it rather than saute it (soaks up less oil if you have the oil at the right temperature)

    If your sauteeing the food should be absorbing very little oil at all.
