Im looking for a program that would learn the infrared signal thats produced by my key-type remote for the entrance into my building. Its quite big, and it uses normal IR transmitter found in any typical remote control, so I wanna get my PDA to "learn" the signal, so I can just use it to open the door.

Is there a simple program that will let me do this? All I could find are the remote control programs for TVs, etc.

Not sure if it'll work as well, but I do remember one program for my Palm.
It was for using it with remote controls, like TV and VCR, and it could learn what buttons were pressed.

You just said PDA, not what kind, not what OS it was using.

Its a Windows Mobile PDA. And yes I know those progrmas let you "learn" the IR codes, but im looking for a simpler/lightweight solution.
