Hey, I just recieved my PC, and it came with a polishing pad that is glued to the backing plate. I ordered a set of pads from Autogeek, and they didnt come with a backing plate... Where can I get a backing plate at???

Its from the PC 7336, comes with a 6" foam pad with a 5" one piece glued backing plate. Its worthless to make work as a backing plate.

But, if it IS the 7336, then it also comes with a foam backing plate for adhesive sanding discs. I went to a craft shop and got some industrial hook & loop backing, and made my own, which i used for quite some time. IT only got a bit "iffy" when the backing plate got warm, and the glue would get tacky.

Best place to get a backing palte from is probibly Patrick at Excel Detail ( www.exceldetail.com )
