PC Hardware repair crew: Power plug in on my less than 2 month old laptop is loose

    Where you plug the AC adapter into the physical computer is loose and you have to always move it around in order for it to hold a charge. Whats it going to cost to get that fixed? Im guessing a solder point came loose.

    probably tied to the mother board, anymore its probably hard to find anyone that will fix the plug itself, but you are in the Twin cities so you might be able too :ugh: To tear laptops down far enough to get to that point can be pretty Dicey, but it is possible, I doubt it'd be cheap though

    What he said, Laptops are such a pain in the ass with proprietary hardware. Just send it in and get it fixed.
