I have a quick question on what I should go with. I recently got a new case and I was going to mount a fan on the side. You think I should go with a 120mm or an 80mm. It currnly has one 120mm intake and one 120mm exaust. I was going to put it right in front of the vid card.

prolly gonna hurt you. A wind tunnel is the optimal design. cross-flowing air will interupt that.

well I put in an old 80mm fan I had laying around just to see what it would do.

    Video card

    Old temps: 54C idle - load 75C

    With 80mm fan: 51C idle - 69C load

cpu temps stayed the same, I think I will keep it there.

Ditto. I had a case like that, but FedEx broke it. I've been looking for one ever since; Sianchee went out of business, and I really liked that case.

I found a guy who had two left online, but he wanted to charge $70. Pffft. I'm not paying $70 for a case I paid $25 for off of "The 'Egg."
