i remember using irontrainer back when i was lifting hard, but it seems to be pretty outdated these days. i've been using a simple excel sheet lately, but was wondering if any of you had a relatively newer program to use . i liked irontrainer b/c i download workouts that i was doing into it and simply fill in the numbers.

    so... any suggestions?

do an OTFN search for calorieking.

there might still be an active link for it

i'd rather have something that doesn't rely on an internet connection, like irontrainer was; but i guess these aren't terrible as fallbacks.

anyone else have any recommendations for something standalone?

same with calorieking. if you do a search, you might find an active link to the app.
