    Well, decided to make a blog for you guys and update my week to week progress. It'll help me too because I've never really done something like this.

    I consider this my first FULL week on my diet and supplement regimine. However the past 2 months I have been eating very clean, I have just had weddings and all-day affairs that interfered with my diet and its potential to be 100% its best. Basically my goal right now is to get to the leanest I have ever been without sacrificing muscle. I am currently 187lbs @ what I would guesstimate to be 8-9%. 6'0.

    My Diet as follows, as suggested to me by Scivation team.

    Meal 1

    12 egg whites
    1 whole egg
    1.5 cup steamed Broccoli or green beans or 12 oz steamed asparagus
    1 tbsp peanut butter or 18 almonds
    6.5 oz PEELED ruby red grapefruit or 99g blueberries
    49g protein, 30g carbohydrates, 20g fat

    Meal 2

    2.5 scoops Scivation Whey
    2 tbsp peanut butter
    1.5 cup steamed Broccoli or green beans or 12 oz steamed asparagus
    49g protein, 15g carbohydrates, 20g fat

    Meal 3

    7 oz grilled chicken breast or halibut/tilapia or Sirloin fillet or Tuna
    (albacore packed/canned in water)
    1.5 cup steamed Broccoli or green beans or 12 oz steamed asparagus2 tbsp
    peanut butter or 18 almonds
    49g protein, 15g carbohydrates, 20g fat

    Meal 4

    7 oz grilled chicken breast or halibut/tilapia or Sirloin fillet or Tuna
    (albacore packed/canned in water)
    1 1.5 cup steamed Broccoli or green beans or 12 oz steamed asparagus
    8 tsp peanut butter or 18 almonds
    49g protein, 15g carbohydrates, 20g fat

    Meal 5

    7 oz grilled chicken breast or halibut/tilapia or Sirloin fillet or Tuna
    (albacore packed/canned in water)+ 5g GlutaForm
    24 almonds
    1.5 cup steamed Broccoli or green beans or 12 oz steamed asparagus

    49g protein, 15g carbohydrates, 20g fat

    Meal 6

    2.5 scoops Scivation Whey

    1 cup steamed Broccoli or green beans or 8 oz steamed asparagus

    4 oz avocado or 18 almonds

    6.5 oz PEELED ruby red grapefruit or 99g blueberries

    49g protein, 30g carbohydrates, 20g fat

    Protein – 294g = 1176 Calories, Carbohydrates (not including Carbohydrate night) –

    120g = 480 Calories, Fat – 120g = 1080 Calories

    Total Calories – 2736 Calories NON-carbohydrate night

    Total Calories – 3316 Calories – Carbohydrate nights

    Every 18th meal is the Carb meal. It is the last meal and it replaces Meal 6. The

    Carb Meal must be eaten in this order.

    Part 1 -

    1.5 cups steamed green beans or 12 oz asparagus = 15g carbohydrates

    Part 2 -

    ¾ cup oatmeal (measured dry then add water and microwave) = 45g

    carbohydrates

    6.5 oz PEELED ruby red grapefruit or 99g blueberries = 15g

    carbohydrates

    ¾ tbsp honey = 15g carbohydrates

    4-6 packets splenda for sweetening

    18 almonds = 15g fat

    Part 3 -

    8 oz sweet potato = 60g carbohydrates

    2 tbsp peanut butter or almond butter = 15g fat

    4-6 packets splenda for sweetening

    150g Carbohydrates = 600 Kcals, 30g Fat = 270 Kcals

    My current training regimine for the first 2-3 weeks depending on how I feel to SHOCK my muscles into getting hit twice/week, something I havent done in a LONG time.


    Monday: Chest/Tris
    Tuesday: Back/Bis
    Wednesday: Legs/Shoulders
    Thurs: Rest
    Fri: Chest/Tris
    Sat: Back/Bis
    Sun: Legs/Shoulders.

    Take monday off and repeat so forth.'

    You're 6'0" 187 right now? Always thought you sat around 205-220ish depending on season / cycle / etc?

    I always did. If I ate a cheeseburger and a pie of pizza right now I'd wake up at 195 tomorrow im quite certain, add some cold stone ice cream and id probably be at 200......thats what dieting does dude. I am not where I want to be vascularity or bodyfat wise so Im not stopping until I am. If I end up at 170, then so be it. I really dont know how it will workout, When I drop down to a completely shredded 5-6% im going to reintroduce more carbs into my diet, and I think ill fill out and get right back to 185-190 and be fucking lean. Right now Im at the unpredictable adjusting stage.

    Just got done with my 3rd workout of the week, legs + shoulders. I am absolutely fucking drained right now and feel like puking. Im attributing it to the diet + the 3rd day in a row with legs as the last and biggest muscle group, Im going to tough the split out as planned through this week and the next then I feel like its out the window, just want to see how it goes.

    Heres what I did.

    Leg Extensions, 4 sets, 12-12-10-8 repetition range. I dont really pay attention to the weights the last set is always maxed out, i think its 225? or something.

    Leg Press, 5 sets. 3 plates each side, 5 plates each side, 7 plates each side, 8 plates each side. 12 repetitions per set, including the last.

    Hack Squat, 4 sets. 1 plate each side, 2 plates each side, 2 and a quarter plates each side x2. (I was fuckin drained at this point and still had shoulders and calves to do).

    Calves, Seated calf raise, 3 sets, 2 plates, 4 plates, 4 plates. 12 reps for all 3.

    At this point I was questioning even doing shoulders, decided to do side raises and front cable raises. Once again, I was fuckin drained. Skipped abs, going to do them tonight hopefully at home.

    I know most of you are going to ask about squats, Im not doing them for at least a few more workouts, reason being I hurt my lower back abotu a month and a half ago and was lucky to hit the gym back up in as soon as 2 weeks......I couldnt get out of bed for 2 days, I hurt it doing bent over rows if you guys remember. So far so good, but deadlifts and squats were the first to go. If I could guess what I'd be doing right now squat-wise it would be 315x6 if that.

    My back still feels "Fragile" I cant explain it but its just vulnerable, I am wearing a weight belt for every single workout because of it.

    Anyways Im going to need my carb meal tonight in replace of my meal 6 as per diet, and Im definitely going to need my rest tonight and tomorrow for my off day.

    i was lean at 210. but not as lean as i am right now. I was basically bulking, and hardly that clean when I was on. Luckily my metabolism is pretty fucking awesome where I still had my top 4 abs and vascularity in my arms. I was also using gear. Now Im eating what you see above. 8lbs of water came off a month or so post my last cycle, which put me at 210, another 10 lbs came off when I started eating clean as fuck and more garbage weight came off, now im simply going into the leanest phase i have been in years and leaner. What the fuck is so hard to understand? Bunch of dickwrenches in here.
