pasteurized milk protein = useless?

    I've heard of the uselessness of protein from pasteurized milk due to the boiling process, but i've never seen studies/proof of it.




    Is it true?

    hehe, thats like that old myth, if you microwave anything, the protein is useless because the intense waves denature the protein.
