That was a great experience. Now I just need to find my bike. :hs:

Seriously if any of you are questioning whether or not to take the course TAKE IT!!

Also, to any of you n00bs that think you can teach yourself or have your friends teach you to ride, DONT. Take the course.

I guess different places operate diferently. When I took the MSF a few years back, they handed us the certificates after we passed the test.

My msf instructor sucked. He kept messing me up by telling me to keep my wrist down, then yelled at me for not controlling the throttle. WTH, I need to move my wrist to control the throttle. what a bastard.

    Sorry.

    Congrats on your passing!

It depends on where you live. Here in CA, it will cost around $200, but if you are under the age of 21, it is alot cheaper because the fee is susidized by the state.

That makes sense, I'm in NM and they are a no helmet law state (or at least my "town" is...), so I wonder if that will have any bearing on it....

Oh well, time to get off my lazy ass and look into it. :hs:

$25 for me too. Scheduling was pointless, filled up so fast. I was a walk-in. They let everyone stay for the class material, and I showed up for one of the early morning bike sessions. Got in :big grin:

Alot of fun, right now its the only time I can ride :sad2:
