part of chest lagging... need advice

    the circled part of my chest is lagging immensely. the rest of my chest is full. i mainly do incline bench and flat bench.

    any suggestions on hitting that part of my chest??

    btw, it's only when I flex that it's noticeable....is this just normal?

    that part of the chest is mostly genetic, some have it some dont

    chests tend to fill out from the outside in

    it could just be that it's not fully developed yet or not built enough

    mine started forming on the outer parts first, then moved in towards the gap and is filling out nicely

    well, all of my chest is full except for that part. the lower inner part of my chest is filled fine, it's the upper inner part that sucks.

    almost everyone lacks in that area. You can try focusing on upper chest more, but it's mainly going to take time and of course a diet conducive to adding mass. After 2 years i'm finally starting to build some muscle up there but it's still my worst area.
