I'm noticing I've became so paranoid of everything recently. Stupid pointless shit too. But I can't stop thinking about it. Even to the point of watching a downloaded movie. :ugh: I over analyze anything and everything. Any tips to get rid of this? :o

Can you explain what characteristics of being paranoid you have? What do you think? What do you fear?

Everything. Anything. Like getting arrested for something stupid or just failing at life. :o

I just think that someone will come after me or just that something bad will happen. I don't know what else to say.

Has anyone ever came after you? My friend suffers from this, but I believe it was a result of people actually coming after him in the past.

Also, I would look into going to a Therapist or Hypnotherapist.

Do you worry about things like money, your job, thinking about little accidents that could happen, getting sick and so on and preventing all those problems?

Guess you could say IN for this, I feel the same way, but I think its because i've been a target in the past. How do you cope with that constant feeling. I'm at work right now and i feel it even here.

divert your mind, keep busy. you probably often get bored quickly now so for some reason. paranoia is the first to kick in when bordem starts. if you have something else to think of or are too busy doing things, the paranoia will slowly fade off.

I started getting little bouts of paranoia when i finished college and suddenly had no job and nothing to do. Now with a full time job and no time for nothing to do, the paranoia is at a minimum :eek3:

My paranoia is pretty darn bad. as an example for xmas i got some self defense gear from worried friends and family because i'm always looking over my shoulder and all panicky. I sleep with two loaded guns nearby, I will only eat in a restaraunt with my back to a wall, or other non-transparent hard thick surface.
edit: sometimes i think i'm crazy, and sometimes think i'm just prepared.
    double edit: i'm not crazy

There's a big difference between being paranoid (thinking that someone watches you, follows you and so on) and worrying a lot about every possible event that could happen (your child getting a cold, hurting himself by playing, worrying about your job, your budget, your health, etc.)
