Here are some shots of some graffiti from Bethlehem, most of the graffiti is on the separation wall between Israel and Palestine.

was it difficult taking pictures of the wall?

also is there any significance to the blue stripe?

no its not hard at all. The Palestinian Authorities don't care at all if people tag the wall (it's not their wall and they don't want it.) I'm not sure about the blue stripe, it covers the majority of the wall in that area so who ever did it used a shit ton of paint. At one point it says Bethlehem above it and another says Banksy (all in the same color).

The day after I took these shots someone came up and painted a sign that said

    Berlin - 1989
    Palestine - ?

This man with his back turned was created by a Palestinian political activist/artist. After he created the image he said that the character will turn around and show his face once the wall is torn down. Last year the artist was assassinated and now has become a symbol for the Palestinian people.
