    hi guys,

I'm in the middle of preparing my car for a paint job and I need to putty up some pin dents, just wondering what grade of sandpaper I should use to prevent the putty lifting? is it best to primer bare metal or should I put a layer of something down first?

Is there anything I should/can do to prevent moisture?

    cheers

I have no idea what your qualifications are, but I would think that the best prep for a paint job is to make a reservation at an auto body shop. Unless you have a clean room, a gas mask, and a damn good paint gun, of course.

Why not wield the pin dents holes if they are indent/s just take them out.
