Alright so the past week i've been repainted parts of my car.. all the parts that can be removed turned out like a factory finish, but my doors are giving me endless shit. I only needed to repaint a line that went down the middle of both doors.. so i masked off most of the door and prepped and sprayed as usual. now when i wet sand the clear, the overspray flakes/peels off around the edges every time and clogs the sandpaper. I have a feeling if I sand enough it'll flake down to the base coat point of no return? i let the clear cure, don't know why it's peeling off like dead skin cliffs: clear overspray is peeling and every time i wet sand it just clogs the paper. 800/1500/2000 grit, doesn't matter.
