Past two weeks I've been experiencing some pain while deadlifting. I made a thread about hitting 300lbs on the deadlift a few weeks ago. Well I weighed about 160 then, and now I'm actually lifting less even though I'm 10lbs heavier. I stopped on the third set again this week because I didn't want to risk injury. The pain is right above my ass, only on the right side. I thought it was in my leg last week cuz I felt a shooting pain in my upper right leg on my third set (and only on the third set) last week and I stopped working out. Happened again this week. First two sets fine, third set the pain started. Same form I've always been using. Only thing I've changed is I stopped taking multivitamins. Could that possibly have anything to do with pain while working out? Someone help me out, I don't want to stop deadlifting, I think I can feel my back shrinking right now.
