I've been working out for 3 or 4 months. Lately I will feel a annoying pain in my left forearm. It goes from my wrist all the way up to the elbow. After I work out the pain spreads back around to my tricep. I have been resting for 2 weeks, no workouts, and I still feel the pain. Does anyone know wtf is wrong with me? I want to get back in the gym, but the pain becomes overwhelming!
