pain in the shins?

    I went running a few times like 2 weeks ago...the inside portion of my lower shins started to hurt..it went away and became only sore to the touch.. i played basketball 2 days ago and tonight, and the pain is pretty severe..

    seems like posterior shin splints..how do i go about making this go away/less severe? :hs:

    it hurts pretty fuckin bad

    ahh, according to that chart i've been getting posterier shin splints from all this volleyball jumping i've been doing.
