Pain in Neck When doing Dips

    Anyone else get a pain in there neck while doing dips? Mine feels like a pin or needle is in the back center of my neck and i notice it more specially if ive done some other exercises before.

    does it hurt more when you're leaning forward vs. dipping straight down?

    i think i lean forward more, and even have my head bent downwards, maybe its a form issue..... i know my back and neck is sorta screwy from a car accident a few years ago

    well if your leaning your head down that to me sounds like it could possibly be the problem, or part of it. try keeping your head up and see what happens.

    yeah try focusing on pushing with the tris and keep the neck relaxed... i would look for rehab type stuff for the trouble areas if they're still bothering you from the accident too

    Seriously though, sounds like theres a problem with your spinal alignment. See a chiropractor.
