PAIN in my knee

    Last night i was doing some warm up squats and i have a extreme burn in my left knee just above the knee cap, i could not even do 3 reps with just the bar :wtc:

    not sure what i should do, take or am i just being a puss

    it is still sore now

    Well, it looks like you have a partially torn patella tendon. I'd prescribe lots of rest, ice, elevation and Advil. Check back in 8-10 days and we'll start with the internet-based-e-stim to really speed your recovery.

    was at the gym last night at 11pm so when in the fuck would i have had time to do that ?

    I hurt my left knee last night too, just felt funky, ended up using wraps on the last set. Feels ok walking / biking today , but i can tell its sore. Im going to ice it , and strech it this week and take a light week next week.
