just regular bicep dumbell curls. no extreme weight...my usual amount, but I kept feeling a sharp pain in the middle of my arm bone (the ulna http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:Illu_upper_extremity.jpg) on the outside edge sorta. so i stopped the exercise. this was yesterday now today my arms are so fucking sore right there. almost anything i do really makes them hurt. so wtf? i wasn't lifting weird or too heavy or different. did i strain something? what's the deal?
