Packing on muscle & weight

    Im 5'10 155-160 lbs. I have a gym membership but rarely(never) go.

    There are so many different options and routines to help pack on weight and muscle. Wondering if anyone had a routine that has worked for them or knew of one that did.

    My main goal is to put on weight and become stronger. Not just for looks but my career is alot easier if I am in shape and strong(Firefighter).

    I can work out 4 days a week, 5 if I have to. I know everyone is going to say EAT EAT EAT. Eat what? I dont want to have clogged arteries by the time im 40(I am 23 now). Chicken, tuna, vegetables, potatoes... what else?

    So all in all I am looking for a specific routine and food intake. Thanks ppl

    You're a fireman and you don't know how to get swole? Shit that's all they do around here.

    Ive tried before and feel like ive gotten nowhere. I am also coming off of a bad shoulder injury so havent been able to pump any iron for 1.5 years now
