    I usually don't log my workouts or have a set routine, but now its time to take things seriously.

    Goal: Stay stronger than my brothers.

    Age: 20

    Height: 5'7"

    Weight: 147.5lbs (as of 3/3/06)
    147 lbs (3/30/07) same weight but leaner

    Starting (7/19/05) Big 3(5RM):515 (Bench 165/Squat 165/DL 185)

    (6/14/06) Big 3(5RM):800 (230/260/310)
    (3/30/07) Big 3(5RM): 895 (225/305/365)

    haha yea no squats for me. the rack was taken at teh time and the leg presses killed me. haha still sore.

    make sure youre doing these right before pushing yourself hard on this lift. it's really easy to hurt yourself on DLs. :bigthumb:

    Why are you doing 10 sets of DB press? the routine only calls for 5.
