    I know everyone says anything works as long as you do it.
    Anyone have any opinions on p90x? I want to gain some size, but more importantly shred up around the waist.

    As with the several billion other programs liek this, it will ONLY work if you follow these two basic principles:

    * eat right
    * work out

    consistency and dedication...thats all you need

    i've had so many ups and downs when it comes to working out...starting this year i made 2 signs in my room that hang over my bed. CONSISTENCY and DEDICATION.

    I'm up nearly 20lbs since early january and strength is through the roof. I have my biggest test yet coming...spring break. Going to attempt to stay on track with my diet throughout SB

    I did it for a change after years of standard freeweight routines in the gym. You aren't going to gain any size, but I def. gained a ton of definition, and flexibility, so far. I'm not done with it yet. It really is an intense workout, as well.
