P90X CREW

  1. Im about to start run 2 of this program..
    Anyone want to join me? Maybe post some before picture then post some 90 day pictures..

    Feb 1st.. Anyone in..

    Great Way to get ready for the summer.. Even those big guys cutting could give it a shot.. its only 90 days mann

  4. My first week i was in 2 shitty of condition to finish the whole thing so i did half of each video.. And i felt like shit.. I honestly felt like even more shit that im 24 and i couldnt finish that video.. And the shitty part is.. It still kicks my ass at day 75

  6. Im prob just going to stick to the exact program.. I play alot of sports so im not trying to get huge.. Maybe 6'2 240 At biggest im 229 now

    I'm gonna see where I'm at at the end of my current program, 7 more weeks to go. Then I'll probably cut ... mega dosing BCAA's, using this and a low calorie diet ...

    if you cut out the cardio (or keep it minimal), is it a decent program to bulk with?

    for someone who doesnt go to a gym and can only workout at home

    Not meant for that ... go with a bulking routine ... There is a series of Books put out by the guys at Scivation, look them up. The Bulking for Endomorphs program worked really will for me. All my numbers went way up and the important measurements went up.

    I'm In. I Did p90 regular about a year ago but eh i just got in mild shape since my diet sucked. But Im def in to do P90X

  16. Alright Shit sounds good.. Just post your before pics in this thread when you start.. Im going to start Feb 1st.. So whoever wants to start then feel free to join.. Also if you're trying to bulk.. .. Check my old thread for before and after pics.. What i did was 4 Scoops of whey a day.. Chicken,Steak,Tuna brown Rice and whole grain pasta.. Thats all i ate basically as much as i could everyday.. I went from 231 to 229 losing alot of fat and gaining alot of muscle.. 1 Time a week i would eat whatever i wanted to cut the craving of fat food.. it worked for me

    I found that if you add a little fat in your daily intake, your craves reduces drastically. I added 2 tbl spoons of olive oil to my daily intake and i had no cravings what so ever.
