I work nights right now 7p-7a. The first day of my shift wednesday when I have to sleep during the day I have all kinds of issue sleeping, kind of hard to force yourself to sleep. I would imagine p7 would work for this there is only one stipulation. I need to be able to wake up at random times during that period and function if we get a fire call. What do you guys think?

try melatonin first. nothing against AF because I  them. But you can get a bottle at Wal-Mart for a few $s. Pop a few and it will help you get to sleep easier, not knock you the fuck out.

I'm pretty sure melatonin doesnt help you get to sleep, just helps you stay asleep. its released by the body when you are asleep. P7 actually relaxes you. But don't use it if you :420: I used 20 pumps once and didnt notice a thing

for me, it just helps me get to sleep earlier.. its not really a sleep medication, rather something to take the edge off and relax ur mood (which, in turn, aids in falling asleep)

Do you notice its hard to get up if you use it ? Or you are fine if you have to wake up mid sleep.

actually melatonin is released by your body to help you fall asleep. When you are in a dim lit or dark room your body starts releasing it.

melatonin makes me drowsy and helps me actually falling asleep, does nothing to keep me asleep. gives me crazy ass dreams though.

if you want to really trip dream balls, take some melatonin and put on a nicotine patch.

I've used pregnenolone, dhea, 7-oxo dhea, and never felt any "mood" difference from them.

Now PEA + a mild MAO inhibitor puts me in happy xanax land. lol
