Am I the only person who thinks he is a really good actor in serious movies? In movies like Shanghai Noon or Meet The Parents I don't think he is the greatest, but he does a fantastic job in "Behind Enemy Lines." This movie is awesome and he should play in more movies where he is not trying to be funny! Anyone agree?

He was great as Eli Cash in R. Tenenbaums.

I think he's comedic genius when paired up with Wes Anderson writing.

    Sorry to hear that.

I liked him in Behind Enemy lines, Zoolander but more than anything in Starsky & Hutch.

I like owen wilson int he serious movies i love the dry sense of humor he brings into the movie. But on another note what is wrong with his nose? Was he born like that or did he get it broken?

I think I read it was broken a couple of times (but I could be wrong-this is a vague memory)

As for the actor-I've liked him in everything I've seen him in. I didn't get to see Behing Enemy Lines though, so I don't know if I've seen him in a serious movie :dunno:
