overtraining question

    i dont get out to the gym that often, twice a week at most, so i usually stay 2hrs - 2 1/2 hrs, doing either chest/back/arms/abs/running or legs/shoulders/back/arms/abs/running

    is that more harmful than beneficial? or is that a myth?

    Just make sure your post workout nutrition is good after a long workout like that.

    i've heard a lot of things over the years. most of it is BS. this would be one of them

    if you're training 5-7 days a week at 90% or above effort for several months

    time spent in the gym has very little to do with overtraining. if you're overdoing it you'll know. just give your body enough to recover both off days and nutrition wise and you'll be ok.

    gleb, i doubt you work hard enough to overtrain
