Is it internet latency problems or is it your computer messing up?

its nothing to do with internet because i can be online all the time and it not shut off. its only when counter-strike is open it overheats i guess and shuts off.

could be a display driver problem. check for updates for your vid card and if your motherboard uses nforce check for an update to that too.

    What are you temperatures?
At idle and right after the problem shows up.

Look for speedfan in google. It is a program that monitors temperatures.

haha, i hope you are joking!! Or else your sensors are whacked, because if that is true, those are VERY high temps. I run my Athlon XP @ 50-60 and thats as high as i'll push it.. Your cpu fan might be your problem, something in that area is not working properly anyways.

get a stock fan/heatsink from a local pc shop, as well as some good thermal compound. replace the hs/fan and you should be good to go. make sure the power to the fan is working/plugged in first though.

there are "laptop coolers" that sit under the computer to improve airflow, I have no clue how well they work but it might be worth looking into
