Any tips/video/images of a proper overhand grip? I've been using the arms cross grip and after about 250lbs I can't keep it stable for very long. I tried to search for something but couldn't find anything that detailed or even had good pictures of hand placement.

Hold the elbows up, prop up your chest, and look up. Also sort of let the bar "rol off" your hands to take some pressure off of the wrists.

clean grip is tough at 1st, but my wrist flexibility is slowly getting there.
I didn't like cross arm since the bar rolls a bit.

That's my problem, I can't prevent the bar from rolling with the cross grip.

Just play around with it. I've learned that if it feels like my wrists are ripping apart coming out of the hole that I'm doing it wrong. There is kinda a perfect place for the bar to sit when you do figure it out though

If you are going A2G on these (I always do), placing a 2.5lb plate under each heel would help keep the lower back straight.

Well I have no problem with falling forward or backwards, its just the bar rolling that bites.

I think I'm just gonna have to start with just the bar and figure it out.

Make sure the bar in on your front delts. Dont expirament with just the bar because it behaves differently when it's heavyer.

dont really 'grip' the bar, just stabalize/hold it lightly with the finger tips

do what i did when i was starting and had wrist flex. issues.

just between sets of anything, go and unrack 50kg or so (or heavier if your wrists can take it) and stand there with the weight racked and your wrists stretched out

just do set of those holds between other sets and then you will get used to it

took me a couple of weeks but its not a problem since then
