Overclocking croooo, some halp if you will

    What frequency can I expect from my E6600 C2D before I should worry about increasing voltage? It's currently stable with the FSB at 278Mhz (*9 = 2502mhz).

    it varies
    depends on the cpu batch, mobo, etc.

    i remember seeing 3.2-3.6 on Asus P5B mobos @ stock voltage

    289Mhz *9 = 2601Mhz now

    I hit 65 degrees at load. Not too bad on the standard cooling. I think once I hit 75 degrees at load I'll stop :o

    Mobo is EVGA 680i LT btw
