I was just wondering how I should go about overclocking my otherwise stock system.

    P4 2.8E 800mhz bus 1MB L2-chache
    Asus P4P 800 SE
1 GB DDR400 Kingston Value PC3200 Ram (Dual channel) *Link*
    GF4 ti4400

Will using some of that Arctic Silver 3 on the fan improve cooling by much? It runs 44 C / 113 F under light loads. Right now its just the stock p4 fan sitting on the cpu. I used it when I ran an XP2000+ with a loud thermaltake fan (modded to detect the cpu temperature more accurately)

What do I set my front side bus too? Voltage? Also does anybody have an overclocked prescott? What temperature range is normal for an overclock?

This is my second time trying an overclock. I didnt know anything about volateges and memory timing and I think it fried an old stick of PC266 on the old system when I tried overclocking the AthalonXP. Ran it at the regualar speed after that.
