I honestly think I'm severely Over trained at this point. I haven't taken a week off in about 3 years and lately my appetite has been shit, Ive been getting fatter with the same exact diet, and Ive been irritable and depressed as shit and its tough to get through workouts. BJJ and School is almost like I'm not even there my mind has been so foggy lately. Ive had congestion for about the past 2 months but I really don't want to take a week off with Halloween approaching and all. Its not just being lazy, Its actually harder for me to stay out of the gym then it is to go to the gym. Right now I feel like absolute shit with a slight flu, I'm thinking about taking until off until Thursday, then work out Friday while completely avoiding MMA this week because I'm spinning on Friday and Saturday as Hollywood Hulk Hogan (SoCal F&Ners get at me I'll give you the venues/get you in for free) and I have to be HYOOGE for that. Going to load up on Xtend, glycomaize, and vitamins the next few days and get my sleep right.
