Over training????

    Shoulder workout today

    Military press 4 sets
    arnold press 3 sets
    machine chest press 3 sets
    rear barbell shrugs 3 sets
    front and sides 3 sets
    db shrugs 3 sets




    after writing it down i already know the answer :hs:

    one of my gym bros told me i was today. He knows his shit tho.... It just got me thinking about it and i dont want to be burning muscle...

    i eat alot. probably only get like 6.5-7 a night

    i just got back from doing:
    military press
    front and back shrugs
    front, side, rear delt raises
    burnout shoulder presses

    almost the same thing

    listing movements and sets isn't going to tell us anything.

    you simply can't give us enough information. you have to learn to decide this for yourself.

    Do you get enough sleep? Do you eat enough? Are you so intense on so many movements that you lose the ability to reach 100% intensity every few weeks? If this is the case, you might want to consider allowing for better restoration.

    don't listen to these guys. its definitely overtraining.

    stick to 2 sets of lateral cable raises a week

    No that's not overtaining. Why is there 1 chest exercise thrown in there though?
