Before I reformatted I saved the .pst file in Outlook. That was in Outlook 2000. I am using Outlook Express now and might upgrade to Outlook XP (or what ever is offered on Office XP) in the future. If I replace the file I have now in either of these different versions will it still work?

    thanks

It should work. When you setup up Outlook, just import the .pst file.

I'm not sure if I am reading the question right... When going from Outlook to Outlook, just import/export the .pst file and everything wil be saved. When using Outlook Express, there is an option to import from Outlook or vice versa.

Take a look in the MS knowledge base, I'm sure it's there.
