Still using Outlook XP connected to Exchange. This just started happening: Sometimes when a user opens up an email in Outlook, 3 or 4 more emails will come in to their inbox. It's like opening a new email opens up a pipeline and allows the rest of their emails to flow through. Anyone exper this problem before? Any ideas on how to fix this?
All of our hardware, software, network has not changed. So, i dont know why this would be happening all of a sudden.

Are these HTML emails? If you automatically open all hyperlinks, a person can fish for real addresses when it retrieves the pictures and what not from their service. There is a setting in outlook to disable all downloads unless you click the button at the top of the email to allow it. I used to use ZoneAlarm to block Outlook 2000 from accessing the internet for the same reason, only the MAPI spooler needs access.

Ugh... I've had this happen. It sucks. Sorry I can't tell you how to fix it but you are not alone.
