All of my sent items in my sent items folder are gone.

I dont know what happened to them. I can see them in my \Local Settings\Application Data\Identities\{3203D4E4-3933-4654-8ACC-63655A457D5D}\Microsoft\Outlook Express folder. But they can not be view or accessed in Outlook Express. I also have issues where it will not send an email correctly and put it in the sent items box. It sends the email find and the person gets it but it says it had an error sending it.

Try backing up the contents of your c:\.......\outlook express folder, then deleting it all. OE will create new inbox, outbox, etc. files. Then try importing them from your backup copy. Import one folder at a time in case its just one that's causing the problem.

That's why you backup the file, then delete the original, then import the backup. The backup won't be in use.
