Im trying to create a rule in outlook that is hooked up to an exchange account that will either forward or redirect all messages sent from inside our organization to me to someone else. I don't want messages sent from external addresses forwarded so I set up the rule to forward all messages with our domain name in the sender's address. But what Ive discovered is Outlook does not use the full address [email protected] of people from inside the organization, instead it shows their name like Doe, John. So without selecting every name from the GAL and then having to worry about new people what rule criteria can I use?

You don't have a distribution group of all users set up in AD?
