When I send emails, there a few people who can't get them from me. I'm using Outlook, and the email gets sent back with this message

Anybody know what this is or how to fix it?

More importantly, what are you using as a mail server, the ISP's or your own?

Relaying is denied to stop people from using their server to send spam. Try using the mail server given to you by your ISP, or try setting the option in your mail client to try to logon to the SMTP server. Maybe your ISP's requires authentication to send mail.

One last thing. Some mail servers now require that you check mail on the pop/imap server before sending mail. This simply authenticates you, showing that you have permission to access the SMTP server. Try checking your mail then sending the new one.
