75 are 1st class and 1 guy has 300. All 1st's are very close though.

What would you say the average PFT score is, like mid-first class around 245?

We just had our PFT this week.

The PT schedule has been screwed up due to us deploying so the scores went to shit.

I think we have 7 people retaking it tomorrow. :mamoru:

How often do you take the PFT?

If you take a PFT and just have a really bad day and do shitty, does that PFT score stay with you the entire year or how long is it until you get to take it again?

I'm not even close to 280, right now i'm hovering around 230 which is just barely first class. I've got a few months to prepare though and i'm sure i'll only improve in bootcamp, hopefully i'll be around a high first class score when it's all said and done.

How often do you take the PFT when you're in the fleet? Is it once a year, once a month, or?

I did my first PFT since the final PFT at OCS today. I haven't stretched since leaving OCS so the running hurt a lot. RAn a 20:38, pretty damn slow. So I scored a 284 which ain't too hot.

Once you start scoring high, you feel like you're letting yourself down a little. I used to get 295+ regularly. I know the score is just going to keep going down as I get older, and thats I guess what bothers me.

Good luck getting your score up there. Strive for that 285 so you get the little printe out certificate.
