out of control appetite

    any recommended cures for this? recently happening and i cannot link why. I need to always eat... i have the hard gainers dream appetite.... so i go on a bulimic or whatever craze and try to exercise everything off with cardio.... (btw diet is pretty clean)

    (not including binge stuff like cashews or appels or whatever i find)
    morgen:
    8:30 oat grain cereal with dried fruits and high protien no fat milk
    10:00 whey shake
    middag:
    12:00 tuna salad in olive oil and apple
    14:00 whey shake
    avont:
    17:30 sushi or chicken & wheat bread & caprese salad or tuna salad or chicken & rice
    18:30: gym, yo
    20:00 4-5 egg whites or whey shake


    whats bad is at dinners with other people i tend to take extra food as if im a starving animal off the streets, cutting other peopels portions out

    I have the same problem.
    Your stomach might be "streched out" from eating lots and lots of food. You should really try to eat less and less until your stomach shrinks. Maybe that will help.

    And I posted a Hoodia thread the other day and didn't get much feedback, but I have been trying it for a month now, and it works to suppress my appetite. I usually take one in the morning and don't feel the hunger to snack all day at work anymore.

    Try to eat more foods high in fiber too, that will fill you up better.

    All of us would starve on this diet...especially if you are working out. You may want to add more fiber and healthy fats. Adding healthy fats to each meal would probably help alot with starvation feeling.

    Your post workout meals look like a big problem. 4-5 egg whites is nothing....probably around 80 calories. Its also made of protein only. Your shakes may be the same calorie and macro makeup as well. Balance your macros out and think about a 2nd post workout meal.

    thats the diet that got me to the low body fat.... all i want to do is maintain it.... but if i have a cheat day it is visible to see the gain in stomach area
