ouch..somethin is a little wrong i think

    Well im not really sured what was happened. I was finishing my final set of bench at around 200. Well i got done doin a burnout round and my left arm felt a little weird so i laxed off the rest of the work out.but right now like a little muscle above my peck almost in my shoulder hurts like hell, this ever happen to anyof you?

    you did a 'burnout round' wtf that means and wondering why your front delt hurts a little?

    burnout round is at the end of your "heavy sets". Like I do a pyramid starting at about 140 and ending at 200. Then, I usually do a burnout round of something really light like 100lbs and do it about 20 times. It really gets the burn to set in. I have no idea why that muscle is acting so funny ive done this a thousand times.
